How we work - Open Space

We are a collaborative collective that works on a profit-share basis. We will often, but not always, use Open Space Technology to produce and rehearse a project. Even if not formally used as a process, the principles of Open Space inform the way we work as a company.

We believe that whoever is involved are the right people, wherever it happens it’s the right place, whatever happens is the only thing that could have and when it’s over, it’s over. And if at any time you find yourself neither learning nor contributing, you can use your two feet to move on. And come back when the time is right.
